The Ache of Happiness

What does it mean to pursue happiness? Do you find yourself seeking it out, hunting it down, only to find it momentarily and then begin the search again? It is easy to get caught in this cycle, but there is another way. Today, as I welcome you into Circle, we will consider this pursuit, what happiness means to you, and we will examine the collective ache of happiness that our culture is experiencing. I invite you into this time to be curious, to stay playful, to open yourself up to the opportunity to learn. I have sat with the weight of this topic, and now I bring it to you: let's dive in together and question what happiness means to our body, our mind, and our essence so we can let go of the ache of pursuing and start enjoying being.
