During his career, he has participated in more than one hundred jury and non-jury trials, more than fifty arbitrations and mediations, and twenty appeals to the California Court of Appeal.For most of his career, he has focused on community association law. Mr. Ross primarily represents homeowners and business owners against their community associations. He has published many articles for attorneys and non-attorneys on community association laws.
