We all need a confidant. We all need someone who can advise and mentor us . It’s even great to have someone who has been through things in which we’re being confronted with. The last thing you want to do is take advice from an individual who has not walked remotely close to a mile in your shoes. For relationships and individuals; counseling is always a great option because certified individuals are not trained to ask leading questions, they’re not related to you, and they are not friends with you. In an instance like this you always want a neutral party and never a mutual party. Neutral parties are not related, but many of the topics and exercises raised can lead to healthier coping skills and interactions between you and your spouse. With regards to finances and professional advice; seek out individuals that are more advanced than you are. Career coaches and counselors are great for this.
