Under the new SG Youth Plan, young Singaporeans will have access to “job tasters”, short-term experiences ranging from a few hours to a few weeks, designed to give them a real-world look at different careers and workplaces. But can a short stint really tell you whether a career is right for you? And once the experience is over, what support do young people need to turn that taste into a meaningful career decision?
