The meteoric rise of “The Future Legend” Kerry Morton did not happen by accident. His DNA is comprised of blood, sweat, tears, and the NWA. Kerry Morton won the World Junior Heavyweight Championship at Hard Times 3 (an NWA PPV). Kerry defeated a very tough champion in Homicide to become champion. In a very short amount of time Morton has defended his NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship in Mexico, Australia, with dates lined up in Canada, and all over the United States. Under the tutelage of his father Ricky Morton, Kerry has had a meteoric rise in the NWA. The Future Legend continues to press on as champion most recently defending the championship in Arlington, Texas. And has a big match-up with Dax Draper this Friday.
