On this episode of the Alliance Guys Podcast… Woof. That was a hard episode to watch. The National Wrestling Alliance presented Velvet After Dark #2 this past Tuesday and we are here to talk about it. To be honest, the wrestling was okay. And if you fast-forwarded through the other segments, it wasn’t that bad. But going into this, you knew it was a filler episode and if you watched it, you knew what you were getting. So although we’ll spend some time reviewing POWERRR SURGE Season 10, Episode 2… we really would prefer to talk about something more entertaining. Because it was 10 years ago that NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion “Scrap Iron” Adam Pearce and Colt “Boom Boom” Cabana faced off in Australia in the finale of the Seven Levels of Hate. The original stipulation was that the best of seven series would involve the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship, on the line in every match. Each with a more brutal stipulation. But the end game was Pearce was going to win the series of walking away from the National Wrestling Alliance.  So DKM, Jaden, and Jay will be discussing the events that surrounded the controversy that ushered in new ownership into the NWA and subsequently crowned a new NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion.  Join us for all the fun!
