The Alternative Gratitude List

from Subconsciously Steel Maggie · host Steel Maggie

Do you feel like you just can't find things you're genuinely "grateful for," without forcing the issue? Are you getting more and more frustrated with this allegedly "secret sauce" element to reality creation? If I had a dollar for every time I've run into that mental dead end! And when you listen to the majority of opinions on gratitude, about embodying the state of gratitude, the further you seem to run from simple peace of mind. "Why doesn't this come easy to me??" I get it man.How can you create what you want to experience from the mental space of not having it, and then add in the frustration of knowing that you're not in the "abundance state" and can't seem to get to it no matter how much you've been trying? The answer is, you don't! But we're going to change that today. With all the conflicting information and vague woo-woo LOA phrasing out there about gratitude, the solution I'm proposing today is to make a simple shift in wording. When I implemented this tiny mental pivot, it made all the difference in my ability to actually feel good about where I am in my life right here and now.So you find the concept or feeling of "gratitude" to be inaccessible or if you feel completely fake making a gratitude list, even though you are told it's a game-changer for what you're experiencing in your life (and it is), this episode is absolutely 110% for YOU. It's a banger. Episode highlights:-How gratitude ACTUALLY works-The Alternative Gratitude List and examples of how you can try it out for yourself-Your thoughts are actions in the quantum realm-The only thing you "have to do"-Why you want to become friends with your subconscious mind-The song "Warmth of the Sun" by the Beach Boys as an awesome example of alternative gratitude.Follow me on Tik Tok and Instagram: TT - @steelmaggiemusic https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMeeRv8mb/IG - @steelmaggiehq https://www.instagram.com/steelmaggiehq/Support this podcast via Buy Me A Coffee: your information and payment are safe and secure, no account needed, and all $ goes to producing and growing this podcast as well as amplifying the Steel Maggie brand so that we can reach many more beautiful creators just like you: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/steelmaggieCheck out this vintage episode I mentioned, it's from the Mind Made Wrong Days called "The Secret to Authentic Gratitude," Episode 38, published on February 10, 2020: https://subconsciously-steel-maggie.captivate.fm/episode/mmw-38-the-secret-to-authentic-gratitudeThe Warmth of the Sun by the Beach Boys.
