The Amazing Jesus – And There’s So Much More!“Jesus did many other things as well. Have you ever stopped to think that everything you read about Jesus in the Bible is just a part of what He truly did? John, the beloved disciple, gives us this powerful insight: Jesus did things we can hardly imagine. Miracles, words of love, acts of forgiveness, deeds that changed lives… and much of it wasn’t recorded.John uses a literary device called hyperbole, a way to express amazement at Christ’s greatness. A rabbi of that time said something similar: that even if the entire sky were filled with scrolls, it wouldn’t be enough to record everything he learned from his teachers. John wants us to feel the same awe toward Jesus.Here’s the amazing part: even though we don’t know everything, what is written is already enough to strengthen our faith and guide our lives. Every word, every story, every teaching in the Bible has a purpose: to help you believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing, you may have life in His name (John 20:31).We don’t need all the details of Jesus’ life to experience a transformed life. What He said and did, even in small portions, is powerful enough to change your heart and your story.And even more, we can look forward to the glorious day in heaven, when we will see everything Jesus did and said, fully understanding His love, providence, and grace.So, young people, value what is written, don’t get lost in secondary details, and live fully by what you already know about Jesus. He is greater than any book could ever contain, and His presence is enough to transform your life today.Remember: believing in Jesus is enough. And there’s still so much more to marvel at.
