The Ambassador's Mission- Episode 10

from Spoil Me · host Natasha Kingston

Thank you very much to Ashleigh for commissioning this episode! So this was the last recording covering The Ambassador's Mission, and I really have to say that I was baffled at the way it wrapped up...or really, at the way it didn't wrap anything up at all. The only thing that feels like a conclusion here is that Tyvara is sentenced, but otherwise there is still a problem with Skellin and roet, Lorkin is still out there and not allowed to return home, there are so many things that felt unfinished. And it's fine to leave some threads dangling to lead into the next book, but it felt so abrupt that I am left asking whether maybe this book and the next should have been put together, and much of this one cut for time. I wonder how Ashleigh feels, and I wonder how you all feel too! Let me know, and I will see you in July when I begin The Rogue!
