Accordingly, the U.S. Census should be based on citizenship and should provide voting reform to ensure fair, balanced, non-bias election procedures to prevent voting suppression or fraud. This is the first topic of this week’s continuation of the American Constitutionalist Podcast coverage of the American Resolution by panelists Jeff Tokar, Cliff DeCamp and Lonny Wilder.Next, panelists take on the controversial issue of the Electoral College versus the popular vote.
