The Amulet of Dominion heist

Our villains begin plan their heist in the Citadel of the Tower of Insight where some of the most powerful magical items in Sul-El are kept safe - including the Savior artifact - the Amulet of Dominion. Edel shows up with no explanation of where he has been. After a montage of what our villains are doing in preparation - Talia and Juliet find themselves in the Citadal. What they find isn't what they were expecting.
