Some of their unfinished stories travel through you until you notice and transform them. The emotional parts may fade faster, but the biological codes are written deeply in your body. Healing means listening, honoring, and bringing light where there is weight, not fixing everything at once. Think of it like a car: you inherit the vehicle from your family, with strong pieces and some broken ones. You did not build it, but you drive it now, and it’s up to you to repair what is damaged and keep moving forward. Sound, breath, and meditation help connect you with their voices. The sound “E” makes their energy flow and balances your knees. Just like water shifts from vapor to ice, you are always changing, but still whole.
