The angels are bowling!

During the recent rounds of thunderstorms, I shared a short video clip on social media of some lightning in the evening sky. A friend responded, saying, “I was told when I was a kid, that was God moving his furniture when it was thundering and lightning.” I, too, recalled my grandmother telling us kids, “That’s the angels moving the furniture in heaven.” Another grandparent would say it was the angels bowling! I don’t know where it came from, but I also was told when the sun shines during a rain shower, “That’s the devil beating his wife.” In some parts... Article Link
