Our examination of the show referred to by many as the single greatest piece of Batman media ever has come to a close, and what have we learned? Is it true what people say? A superlative work in the long history of Batman that stands out as one of the finest, Batman the Animated Series introduced the character to generations of new fans, as well as reigniting love for the character in many older fans as well. Its impact is still felt to this day, from video games to movies, to cartoons, all the way back around to the comics where the character first appeared.
