THE ANTI-AGEING PROJECT

2 Corinthians 4:16 (KJV) For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. In the realm of the spirit, the older you get in the natural realm, the younger your spirit becomes! Even as our outward bodies perish, our spirit is youthful! This is why fasting is a technology in the spirit. When you fast, you are straining your body, allowing it to perish outwardly whilst your spirit is strengthened inwardly!  An accomplished professor conducted a study to find ways to reverse ageing. During his research, he found that all the genes responsible for making you younger are there but never activated! After various tests and theories, he found that these inactive genes could be activated only through excessive stress—not stress in the sense of worry or mental fatigue but straining your body by pushing it to extremes! In the Bible, we see people who, like Moses, reached a point where the youthfulness of their spirit manifested outwardly! Even in his old age, Moses' eyesight was as sharp as that of a younger man. As a Christian, use tools such as fasting to rejuvenate your spirit! When you use these God-given technologies, things like sickness and fatigue will flee from you! PROPHETIC DECLARATION  My spirit is young and full of energy! As I strain my body outwardly, I am allowing my spirit to be strengthened inwardly! Amen.  FURTHER STUDY  Deuteronomy 34:7
