Because that is what Trump’s team did. They simply investigated the facts, regardless of what the outcome was, or what the courts would later decide; the fact of the matter was that their investigation was by all definitions “fair play.” They were exercising their American rights to query, which is exactly what Gore did with the “hanging chads issue” against Bush. They were asking questions and digging up facts. And for doing so all of President Trump’s attorneys are being indicted. Do you understand what has happened here? They have now made being an attorney for Trump illegal. That is a very big deal. It definitely fulfills But Obama’s promise back in 2007 "if you're not with us you're against us." Now that promise is coming true. It was Obama/Biden then and it is Obama/Biden now. If we now have a tyrannical government that imposes threat on lawyers for investigation, then there is no longer a legal system in America. There is nothing left. No one can say anything or seek for an investigation because it is now considered a crime to speak contrary to the narrative they approve. If they now persecute and hunt down all that shed doubt on their takeover, then there will be no journalist, no lawyer, no person left that can have a chance. Who will fight if they are threatened with jail time and worse?
