“The Apple and the Shady Tree: The Mafia, My Family and Me” & Life after leaving talk radio with Guest co-host Jillian Barberie and author Lisa Novick Goldberg

Guest co-host Jillian Barberie returned to KABC last weekend to discuss her recovery from breast cancer, her podcast Ask Jillian, and what life has been like since leaving talk radio last year. Jillian dusted off her award-winning interview skills, joining Gurvey’s Law host Alan Gurvey as they talked to Lisa Novick Goldberg, the author of “The Apple and the Shady Tree: The Mafia, My Family and Me”, unmasking the compelling story of Lisa’s life, growing up with a father so closely associated with the mob. Don’t miss Gurvey’s Law on Sundays, at 5 p.m. PST on KABC-AM 790 TalkRadio and streaming live on kabc.com!
