On this episode, I had the incredible privilege to connect with a kindred spirit in the realms of grief work: Ari Simon. They are a facilitator, coach, grief care leader, writer, and founder of Grief at Work – a program delivering tools and teachings in grief & loss competency to teams, communities, and leaders.
