The Arsenal Therapy Podcast - Arsenal 2-0 Newcastle United (008)

from The Arsenal Therapy Podcast · host Hosted by Adam Keys

Welcome to The Arsenal Therapy Podcast, a dedicated show about a club I love, Arsenal Football Club. So Arsenal are through to the 4th round of the FA Cup after beating Newcastle United 2-0 in extra time, the performance is what I choose to focus on. Following a winless run in 6 games, Newcastle come into this game with low confidence giving Arsenal the opportunity to continue on from their brilliant performance at West Bromwich Albion. However, the game starts slow and Arsenal fail to get out of second gear until Emile Smith-Rowe, Bukayo Saka and Granit Xhaka are introduced in the second half. Why has Arteta been persistent in playing Willian in the first team? Why is Aubameyang failing to perform well as a Centre Forward? I attempt to answer these questions in this episode.  Please let me know what you enjoyed about the podcast via my social media links below and do leave the podcast a 5-star review on Apple Podcast.
