President Trump has routinely spread rumors and disinformation regarding the migrant caravan that reached the US/ Mexico border in late November of 2018. Many people have been given the false impression that the caravan is smuggling in Daesh or drugs. The fact of the matter is that the vast majority of the refugees are women and children from Honduras. The more important fact: The only reason they need to leave their homes is because the US. government has supported violent death squads, introduced drugs, weapons and money all under the guise of "foreign policy." In order words, we are the arsonist. What is our obligation?
