The Art and Soul of DANNY DALE CARROLL

Austin-based artist and illustrator Danny Dale Carroll plies his trade with charcoal and watercolor, turning blank paper and canvas into powerful portraits drenched in color and tempered by shadow.  His work captures the heart and soul of whatever he's creating - creatures, villains, heroes and heroines alike.  In our conversation Danny - Dale, to his friends - shares his process, and gives an insider's view of the horror convention circuit.
