At the dawn of the new year, resolutions abound, many of which have to do food and meals "after the Holidays." But in the Christian tradition, Christmas continues until the Epiphany, on January 6. In this Communion Sunday Sermon, Rev. Dr. David D. Young considers "The Art of a Good Meal," and shows how meager pieces of bread and tiny cups of wine can become the greatest meal of all.
