The Art of ALLOWING

from The Great Unlearning Project Hosted by Mark Jewell & Christine Line

NEW EPISODE IS UP! In this episode, we talk about how allowing the world around you to align with the new you that's been going through the unlearning process. But what does it mean to be in alignment? If one piece of our physical body is out of alignment, every other area is stressed and extra pressure is put on those areas. The body has to work so much harder to function normally. The same applies for our soul, the constant feeling of going one way but getting pulled in another, is the body of wisdom compensating for something off. Trusting the process means that the door will open, or the opportunity will present itself, and this takes a lot of pressure off of yourself. It's not your job to make everything happen, stop trying to control everything and get out of the way. Not allowing yourself to get crushed by no's, but instead believing that something else might show up that is a better opportunity. Stay true to your soul, create space to listen, both of these things create alignment. Things We Love: ➡️If It feels easy to move in the direction you are meant to go, you are in alignment. There isn't friction pushing you from one side or the other. ➡️Developing the intuitive muscle, which has innate wisdom, will allow you to see if something is good for you or not. ➡️It does feel uncomfortable to be in the process of alignment because we have to disengage from our old beliefs so having the courage to walk through the door when the door opens which means going away from the familiar.
