With a brain full of dad jokes and puns, she emphasizes the power of being authentic and genuine. Liz has over 13 years of real estate and marketing experience and is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for Evans Management Group. Liz fell in love with property management the moment she landed her first part time job as a leasing consultant on a cottage lease up while attending NC State and hasn’t been able to shake the industry ever since! While she loves all her babies, Liz is a self proclaimed lease up junkie, having completed nearly 100 successful lease ups in her career. Outside of work, Liz loves exploring national parks, reading books and nonstop puns. A diehard Carolina Panthers fan, you can find her cheering (or more than likely, screaming) at an obnoxious level all football season long. She is also the proud mom of a rotten mini goldendoodle named Chandler (yes like Friends, and yes you can see pics).LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/elizabethcobleFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/elizabeth.coble.988/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lizkhalifa704Website: https://www.evansmanagementgroup.com/Hear more from Liz about:Her gift to the universe. How she shifted her focus to data and digital marketing.Getting the right people at the right time to the right place. How creating a sense of community does not require a monster marketing budget. The greatest thing that happened to her as a marketer. Her ability to take risk and be on the front end of it all.The crucial piece of the marketing strategy.Being able to pivot and pivot quickly is important. The importance of being your authentic genuine self. What she would do differently if she had 10 times the budget she has now.Connect with us!LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/lesliemathisStreamline Website: https://www.streamlinemultifamily.comEmpowHER Website: https://empowhermultifamily.comInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/empowhermultifamily https://www.instagram.com/streamlinemultifamilySubscribe and leave a review for the Multifamily Streamlined Podcast here.Streamline Multifamily Group is your specialized consulting partner for multifamily operations, training, and more!
