On today’s episode, I’m on location with my guest Steve Murphy, co-owner of Slaymaker & Nichols Gastro House, located right here in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada. Together, we chat about the history of the location, Steve's philosophy, process and approach to creating VERY tasty original cocktails, how you can adopt his process at home, as well as a rather hilarious GINcident. About Steve MurphySteve is the co-owner of Slaymaker & Nichols Gastro House and The Blue Mussel Cafe.
