The Art of Honoring One Another

Embracing this abundance shifts our focus from our own needs to the needs of others, making us vessels of God's love and disciples of Jesus Christ. Living in overflow in every area of our lives involves the cycle of giving and receiving. This abundance requires the use of heaven's currency, which is honor. Honoring God, parents, spouses, the Word of God, and the spiritual gifts in each other builds our spiritual bank account and propels us from one level of glory to the next. Every member of God's family is priceless, with unique gifts meant to build up the body of Christ. Embracing the richness God has deposited in others makes honor a way of life.
