Leaders in business juggle communication challenges from all angles--their teams, the media and even their families. On the plus side, if we’re open and communicating, we’re able to choose the message that others hear. Unfortunately, that’s not always what happens in the real world.As this week’s guest, Scott Harvey, tells us, too many people aren’t good at actively listening.
