Do you say "Yes" to EVERYTHING?  Is it hard to say, "NO"?  In order to stay true to your own Purpose in life and to be available for the best possible opportunities to live into your best possible life, you will have to set personal "Yes" "No" boundaries. When you say "Yes" to 1 thing, you are effectively saying "No" to the 101M other possibilities available in that time space.  WHOA!!!If "No" feels too forceful, have fun easing into your personal discernment with the word "Nope".  It's actually fun to say.  The "Yes Mentality" is an amazing way to find your starting point and to get moving.
