Our guest for this episode was non-other than Miles Bascombe. The former West Indies international has had an eventful 2 years as a WI selector and is well placed to assess selection processes in the region. This wasnt so much about what did or didnt go right for the West Indies selectors but more how a selection process works and cricket administration itself.
