He is the founder and Chief Instructor of the Tai Chi Wellness Society. Lester Holmes is certified by Master Guo Hsing, a Qigong and Tai Chi Chuan Master based out of South Florida. Seeking proficiency in the Martial Arts, Tai Chi Chuan, Chi Gong and Dao Gong Meditation Lester is also a senior student of Master Ron Hoffman. As a qualified teacher of the House of Tai Chi, Lao Su Holmes has also been honored to have the opportunity to learn from the great teacher.
