The irresistible magnetic force announced itself by pulling the platemail wearing Cran onto the pole-arms, spitting him like a kebab. Later, the metal clad Victoria was yanked in too and smashed against the icewall cast to protect against the spears. Seconds from death she was healed in time but it left Ugnan carrying a debilitating injury who was laid down to rest, out of the proceedings for now. As he drifted in and out, he heard Orgiana's voice in his head again, this time giving warning that danger approached and an offer to help. Trying to resist falling any further into the Dark Gods service, he politely refused. Warned of the oncoming threat, the two main warriors, now devoid of metal arms and armour to be able to move about the room, looked for something to defend themselves with just as Numal confirmed the presence of dark shapes stalking down the corridor towards the cornered party...
