The Assignment

Title: The Assignment Passage: Mark 7:36-50 Series: Grow Speaker: Sam Cassese Date: September 13th, 2026 Five years in, it’s worth asking a simple question: What is this all about? Why does Eastpoint exist, and what has Jesus actually called us to do? This Sunday, we’ll watch an unexpected encounter unfold around a dinner table, where a Pharisee, a woman with a reputation, and Jesus reveal something powerful about the heart of His mission. As we celebrate what God has done, we’ll also look ahead and remember the assignment He’s given us.
