Our scheduled guest is Cheri Redgrave, who began her life as musician, branching out to become a composer and arranger. She has penned several works in varying disciplines, including screenplays, a workbook for those that are grieving the loss of a loved one, and cookbooks. After watching the royal wedding of Prince William and Kate, she thought the fashionable hats were extremely amusing. But what if you received an invitation and had no hat? Our young woman creatively solved the problem, by using her cat for a hat. This idea could only be realized as a picture book. Her life was turned upside down when she was diagnosed with food allergies to wheat, dairy, egg, and peas. She is currently reimagining all her favorite recipes and creating food blogs and e-cookbooks.
