She has trained many people in the span of 7 years who are currently working at a higher position for the brand irrespective of their educational qualifications and background.Sneh JainThe Baker’s Dozen’s Founder, Sneh Jain a.k.a Croissant Loafer had chalked out a detailed plan well in advance on how he wants his professional journey to look like. In the 11th grade, he had made up his mind to do an MBA from IIM. Passing out as a school, Sneh worked with McKinsey and Co. on projects all over the world and was living it up as a high flying consultant. However, being a Marwadi, a few years down the line, the itch to start his own business kicked in and The Baker’s Dozen was born!
