The Bamboo Ceiling | 2nd Generation Asian American Workplace Challenges   The bamboo ceiling for 2nd generation Asian Americans in the West is a glass ceiling for the children of immigrants who are ethnic minorities from Asia. In this video, I cover the implicit biases and discuss the implicit association test (IAT) and the common stereotypes that Asians face with the bamboo ceiling.
