In this episode, Mike D'Virgilio discusses where in Numbers 13 and 14 the Lord tells the Israelites to send 12 men from tribes of Israel to explore the land He is giving them. It was a scouting mission so the leaders of the tribes would know what they were going to encounter. Of the 12, 10 returned with a bad report of obstacles too big to overcome, while Caleb and Joshua said they surely could. The question before the Israelites and before every one of us is, will we trust the word and track record of the living God, or our lying eyes.
