In the end of days, the house of Joseph is needed to defeat Esau. When I have bent Judah for me, filled the bow with Ephraim, and raised up thy sons, O Zion, against thy sons, O Greece, and made thee as the sword of a mighty man. Zechariah 9:13 The reuniting of Joseph and his brothers in Genesis 45 is a foreshadowing of the reuniting of Northern kingdom and Southern kingdom in the end of days. The house of Jacob is restored and united in the end of days: Moreover, thou son of man, take thee one stick and write upon it, For Judah and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim and for all the house of Israel his companions.
