About the Series: The famous 19th century essayist and poet Ralph Waldo Emerson once wrote that life is to demonstrate “some difference that you have lived and lived well.” To live well. How can we know that we’ve done exactly that? We see all kinds of cultural messages and images that paint conflicting pictures of what that life looks like. Indeed, many a life has been ruined by that exact pursuit. So what does the beautiful life really look like and how can we make steps toward it in a way that blesses instead of burdens us? In the CCCC message series A Beautiful Life, the Teaching Team will look to the book of Proverbs to see how God can lead us into a life that is lived and lived well!
