In today's episode I am joined with James and Kyle who both have the Chronic Illness Cystic Fibrosis they were both diagnosed by birth and explain it's a genetic disease. James was on the podcast earlier this year in March and returns for this great episode. The topic for this episode is Chronic Illness, as I Mason talk about my journey with Crohn's Disease too. Knowing there are so many different Chronic Illnessess out there in the world. James and Kyle express so many good points and talk about their Chronic Illness in Cystic Fibrosis, as Chronic Illness as a whole we do talk about how we don't like to feel a burden so people feel sorry for us we want future generations to see it's not all doom and gloom it's normal to be sad your are dealt the cards you are dealt with but it's not all negativity just because we have chronic Illness doesn't mean we can't do anything! Kyle beat records doing the Iron Man triathlon which people would struggle to do without a chronic Illness. We also mention the labels with a Chronic Illness and we also talk Asthma, we mention that everybody journey is different each chronic Illness is different and journey, that's the beautiful thing about chronic illness the connections and friends we make. We don't do this becasue we feel sorry for ourselves we do this because we want to be heard!  So many good points made and advise to others by James and Kyle! as said in today's episode we definitely we be doing something again in the future!
