The missing link between humans and apes are their inability to use their Internal  Natural Resource called Mind or  Mind Expansion Intelligence (MEI) in order to develop their  External Natural Resources (ENR) to create or invent or engineer the products and designs of artificialities or Artificial Intelligences.
