The word authority means force, superhuman power, strength and control over. Why did Jesus delegates such power to us over Satan and demons? Because Satan is the number one enemy of the believer, who tirelessly works day and night to deceive you. Stand by this divine authority to silence the devil. He can't resist your command in Jesus' name. You have authority over demons, use it effectively.
