Her professional journey began as a paralegal, a role she held for over a decade. In 2017, she founded Women’s Brunch Mississippi, an innovative networking and empowerment platform offering workshops on business credit, financial literacy, and peer connection. This evolved into the National Women’s Brunch Association, Inc., a nonprofit supporting entrepreneurs through mentorship, resources, and access to financial experts. Her leadership and vision led to a partnership with reality TV producer Carlos King, who encouraged her to appear on Belle Collective, bringing visibility to Southern Black women’s empowerment and entrepreneurship journeys . Beyond her entrepreneurial and television presence, Lateshia is passionate about personal wellness—advocating for women’s health, self-care, and mindset shifts. Her guiding philosophies—“Collaboration Over Competition” and “Why Not Just Love?”—reflect her commitment to service and community-building.
