Every time I go away and switch off my phone for the weekend, I always return refreshed, rejuvenated, and with renewed clarity. On these trips, I:Remove myself from my normal environment Switch my phone off for a set period and minimise other technology Walk along the beach, swim and/or just generally get out into nature Spend time alone Read Journal Reflect on where I'm at in my life Set some intentions In this episode I explain in detail what I wrote down in regards to my gratitude journal, my fixes, improves and sustains, as well as the projects I'm working on and the action steps required to implement into my days/weeks/months moving forward.
