We call it inner-work, self-development, the process, self-improvement, but really all these things are, are taking the time to go in and get to know yourself. But it's not just about getting to know yourself, and all parts of yourself. It's about fully and unconditionally learning and experiencing how to truly accept, love, forgive, embrace ALL parts of you. Your entire humanity; the good the bad and the ugly (so to speak). In times of distraction and chaos, in a society that will constantly tell you you're not good enough as you are, the reminder to turn towards yourself and face yourself with love, is probably one of the most powerful acts you, we, can do. For ourselves. For others. For the world. In this episode, I speak to the benefits, the experience and the outcome of turning inwards and facing ourselves with truth, love, authenticity and compassion.
