Hi Friends, on this episode, I share the benefits of meditation and different ways to try it if you are interested in that. I have personally tried a few different ways to meditate, but I did not feel they were completely right for me. Then, I was taught a way of doing it from the brain retraining program that I used. I enjoy it so much that I still meditate like this! On this episode, I give an example of the way I do a visualization meditation so you can see what it is like if you have not tried it before. The good thing is that you can customize a way of meditating that works for you. I feel that for me, it is a good way to relax and in time, it can actually help to regulate emotions. It is a way I can spend time on my self-care and I honestly look forward to doing this each night before I go to sleep.
