Dan Daly, Swimming technique, strength, and speed coach, joins the show's Host, (me) Run Coach Alli. Dan was a sprinter back in the day and has developed his aerobic capacity through endurance training in open water swimming and races. He is currently training an athlete to swim across the English Channel and works with swimmers from all walks of life to use endurance training in and out of the pool to stay healthy and fit and train for aggressive athletic goals. Dan is highly passionate about helping other aspiring swimmers, and seasoned athletes find their best selves through the sport of swimming by focusing on swimming technique at the forefront of his coaching methodology. Dan has coached hundreds of athletes to the best performances of their lives through science-backed training, extensive exercise science background and work experience, and his result-driven personalized programs.
