Hello everybody and good morning. This article it was published in a publication called Illumination and the topic is the best decision that has strengthened awareness. By the way, this article was published way back in July, which was published on July 11th in Medium.com. It's a very big publishing online publishing company and they have sub publishers and that is one of them is Illumination.
So one of the things I did or I do even continues to continue to do is there are several publications within the Medium.com. So each publisher requires a certain way of writing. Some of them say under so many words, some of them have guidelines for formatting, some of them have guidelines for structure in the sense that it's like a 30-day challenge. So what is my intention?
My intention is to just see how I am evolving. First it was just a question of writing and seeing and putting it out to there. When you first write and send it to the publisher you feel like kind of, hmm, am I even qualified to write? You feel like kind of ashamed, guilty, all sorts of things.
And then slowly when you develop a habit and then you see others commenting, others clapping. In Medium there is a beautiful process called clapping. People can clap for my articles. And also then others can also highlight.
If they like some sentences, something jumped at them, something has motivated them, inspired them, they can highlight. And then they can comment, you know, sharing their views or asking questions and things like that. Coming about monetization, it used to be great I think in Medium. But you know, I wouldn't say that for the sake of monetization you should write in Medium, but then I like the participation of other writers.
There is so much to learn. That's why. So monetization wise I wouldn't recommend much because it's not for making money. However, you can make money.
Anyway, okay, let's go to today's topic. The best decision that has strengthened awareness. The sub topic, I mean, what I know, I didn't make a sub topic yet, but then I just moved on. I'm realizing that consciously doing that one workout per day and disciplining myself to write an article is helping me expand my awareness, write and publish more, become attentive, improve memory, beat boredom.
And now open up to read about different domains in personal development and self-evanis. Oh, that is my long sub topic. Now I'm realizing I wrote that. Now starts the article.
Hello, my lovely readers. I am committing to doing a 12 week home workout program, Version 1.0 by Heather Robertson. I'm now putting it as just HR, smaller acronym, observing my body, emotions and mind and writing about life lessons learned. Today is day two, week seven.
In case you missed our other life lessons, I'm going to say R because when you're listening or when anyone is reading my article, you all become a part of my journey. Life lessons learning from 12 week home workout program by Heather Robertson. Here you go. You can read life lessons learned and take away from week one to week four.
In the article, I never thought exercising would help me stay inspired. Guys, I have also made this as a podcast. Go search for that. I never thought exercising would help me stay inspired.
You can listen to whatever I wrote in the article. All right. Life lessons learned and take away from weeks five and six. I just want to quickly read the topic so that if anything interests you as a listener, you can go back search for the topic and listen to it.
Day one, valuing your mundane chores inspires you. Day two, home workout or walk outside or both. Day three, I never thought exercising would help me stay inspired. Day four, do you know what a tabbata means?
I love it. Day five, do you fear breaking routine? Then week six, these are the topics. Do you listen to your body when you exercise?
Day two, here is how I unearthed humility. Day three, side effects of home workout. Sorry. Day four, this is how I beat boredom with my creative mind.
Day five, here is how one shift in mindset improve my productivity. Life lessons learned and take away from week seven. Day one, this is how exercising is helping me. And today is day two, week seven.
Today, we had to do a full body hit workout, hit cardio and abs exercises. Each exercise was for 45 minutes with 15 minutes to rest. Time wise, 45 seconds. Oh my God, I wrote 45 minutes.
My God, it is seconds guys. There you see when you write something, I made a mistake there. So each, each was 45 seconds or 15 minutes, 15 seconds to rest. Time wise, 45 seconds was for each exercise means ample time and wasn't feeling, and I wasn't feeling rushed.
While coming closer to the end of phase two of 12 week home workout program, I'm realizing that consciously doing that one workout per day and disciplining myself to write an article is helping me expand my awareness, write and publish more, become a teacher. In English mode, become attentive, improve memory, beat boredom and now opening up to read about different domains in personal development and self-awareness. Today's memory jogger. 180's jump square, one leg, deadlift and press, spiderman lunge, squat and curtsy lunge, shadow boxing, plank jacks and one leg lift, squat and kick using stability ball, pike, straight full plank, bent knee crunch and pass the ball over.
On day one of week seven, I shared about how taking the Clifton Strings Assessment and following through is helping individuals and teams use their talent and strength effectively. The best way to learn something is to read, internalize and share the knowledge with someone. That is exactly what I would like to do. After watching a couple of videos from the people who took their assessments, I'm inspired to share the benefit they got with you today.
When your strings are applied, productively recognized and called out, then your aliveness comes up. I'm going to read it again. When your strings are applied, productively recognized, they're called out, then your aliveness comes up. You are truly being engaged and not acting like a robot.
Talent themes and Clifton Strings as identified in their assessment are all positive and you do them right naturally. You would look and focus on your talents and strength consciously while doing your tasks. Add it to that an affirming language that describes you at your greatest proves to be the best catalyst in achieving your goal. People who take this assessment have a common language to correct and explore each other's talent themes and strengths.
Knowing your strength helps you figure out what to say yes to, what to say yes to. Based on your strengths, if the task energizes you, you say yes, I'm a big proponent of this. If the task energizes you, you say yes. If it drains your energy, just walk away from it.
The strengths are easily accessible and instantly easy to apply. It is a very simplistic approach. It's a very simplistic approach and not buried in a complicated matrix or graph or formula. I seem to have a strong desire to take the 34 Clifton Strings Assessment and I'm setting an intention to do it soon.
Until I do that, in case you have already taken the assessment, please share your experience. As always, I thank you for being a part of my home working out and writing journey. Shout out to Dr. Tom Fieden for thought provoking an interesting article.
