Episode 269 Taking you back to 2/2/2013 – Being featured this time around is one of the best competition BBQ’ers to every light a fire…especially if you’re talking about FBA events…he’s definitely on the short list of BEST EVER in that sanctioning body.  He also got into the sauce business and has great success there…of course I am talking about the pitmaster of “Swamp Boys BBQ Team” Rob, “Rub” Bagby. I think if you were to go around to the cooks, both in KCBS and FBA, and ask what kind of person Rub is…100% of the people will say “best person ever” and will also say…most of the time if Rub’s at an event…everyone else is trying to grab the RGC because it was really tough to get over on Rub back in the day…so if you haven’t made his acquaintance yet…you’ll want to check him out coming up on Friday…and by the way, it does appear that the BBQ sauce is still available for sale…if I am not mistaken, I think that Jim Elser from Sweet Smoke Q is packing his sauce now…but don’t quote me on that.  I hope you enjoy it Ready to make a “BEST OF” show all your own??
