The Best Moments of The BBQ Central Show in 10 Minutes or Less

Episode 158…Taking you back to 1/24/2012 – This is the first time we have seen a Jon Solberg patented “double header” with the new version of this format. If you recall, the BEST MOMENTS used to be 2 segments that were each 10 minutes or less.  Then, we switched it up to keep it more in line with the actual name and we went to a single segment in 10 minutes or less. Confusing enough?  In this episode, I gave my take on Paula Deen, who at the time, had come under tremendous fire for sand-bagging that she had T2 Diabetes. She signed some book deals, signed some TV show contracts then, after all her business was locked up, announced she had T2D and that her recipes weren’t the most healthy to eat ALL  THE TIME. Also within the episode, a conversation with long time show friend Dave Bouska of Butcher BBQ talked about the BBQ class he gave back then.
