The Best Moments of The BBQ Central Show in 10 Minutes or Less

from The BBQ Central Show · host The BBQ Central Show

Episode 182 Taking you back to June 25, 2013 - Featuring Trace Arnold...does that name ring a bell??  Probably not...but he was on the show as a guest in 2013 and we talked about his 80ft offset BBQ and grill (trailer) that he was hauling all over the country that year doing BBQ events.  At the time it was the biggest/longest operational BBQ and Grill.  He was doing a 13 city tour in it visiting various festivals where he would set up shop and sling bbq to the masses.  Trace also owned 3 Stacks BBQ and Taphouse in Frisco, TX...that has since changed hands as it is owned by someone else currently (under a different name as well)...although it is still a BBQ joint.  Trace was a great guest and brought a lot of personality to the segment as you will hear in this BEST OF episode and I know you will enjoy it!
